Back in Sydney after Melbourne seemed like going home, afterall it is where our Australian adventure began.. As we lived here for 2 months back then we were very familiar with our surroundings and getting about this huge city. In addition we had made many friends the first time we were here that were still living and working in Sydney.
One of which, Michael (who also came to the Melbourne cup with us), offered us a place to stay for the remaining 3 weeks of our Oz adventure. This was very kind of him and we had also become tired of hostels so was glad to have our own space. Staying in Michaels spare room meant that we could unpack and save money, the lata being the most important as we had completly spent all of the money we earned in whilst in Brisbane, Byron Bay and Melbourne. 
To add to our saving fund we also contacted the promotional agency that we joined when we were first in Sydney. Luckily for us our agent managed to book us in for 5 promotional jobs within our 3 weeks in Sydney. Michael was also kind enough to let us work at his company for a week doing customer service calls, which really helped us out alot. So our last 3 weeks in Sydney, consisted of us working, catching up with our friends, sunbathing and building up our spending money for the up and coming America leg of our round the world adventure.
